Felkel Enterprises, Inc. was formed in 1981 to satisfy a full range of residential construction needs. We provide design consultations, plans, teams of professionals in all areas to execute those needs, and project management.

Bill graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Landscape Architecture and further graduate studies in Urban Planning from Georgia Tech. His career in urban design focused on creating city master plans for various locations in Yemen, the Middle East, and Africa. In 1981, Bill shifted to smaller scale design work and chose to come to Winter Park to work in residential design and building. His wife is an artist and educator; they have a son and daughter-in-law in Chicago.
